AICADEMY TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the aicademy online learning platform (“aicademy”, “we”, “our”, or “the Platform”). By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing any content, or using any services provided by aicademy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

Use of the Platform is only permitted for individuals who are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18 years old, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features or content on aicademy, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify Platform content without express written permission.
• Harass, abuse, defraud, or violate the rights of other users or third parties.
• Upload or transmit any malicious software or disruptive content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or interfere with its operation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Platform, including but not limited to courses, text, images, videos, code, and trademarks, are owned by aicademy or its licensors. These are protected under intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit or upload to the Platform (e.g., comments, assignments, lectures). However, by doing so, you grant aicademy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, and improve the Platform using such content.

7. Fees and Payment

Some courses or features may require payment. All fees will be clearly stated prior to purchase. By making a payment, you agree to the posted pricing, applicable taxes, and any refund policy stated at the time of transaction or in our Payment & Refund Policy.

8. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, interfere with others’ use of the Platform, or compromise Platform integrity.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. aicademy makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the content or services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aicademy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-platform notice. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Vietnam.
